I love most beans and I especially love white beans, or in this case Great Northern beans in this soup. I I had Cannellini beans I would have used them, but that's ok because these are so good. This soup is creamy but has no cream, you puree a couple of cups of the beans and add it back in which makes it luscious, and we know how good beans are for you.
