This Jalapeno Cornbread using a box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix was delicious and really easy! Normally I make cornbread from scratch, but I’m traveling, and because I didn’t want to buy all the ingredients for scratch made, I bought a box of Jiffy and added to it! It turned out great!!
