This is not the usual meatloaf recipe I make, but it is very similar in ingredients; however, this has cheese in it and the binding agent is buttery Ritz Crackers. Yum! This meatloaf is so good and I honestly could not stop eating it! Loaded with ketchup for the topping, cheesy goodness in the inside, the buttery Ritz Crackers, this meatloaf is delicious and just so moist! There is nothing dry about this meatloaf!
