Three Chip Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Butter, softened
  • 1 Cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown sugar packed
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 6 Oz Semi-sweet Chocolate chips
  • 6 Oz Milk chocolate chips
  • 6 Oz Caramel chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. 
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.  
  • Beat butter, the brown sugar, the granulated sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until creamy. 
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. 
  • Beat in the flour mixture and stir in the morsels. 
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet or lined with parchment. I usually put 3 cookies per row, 2 inches apart on a half sheet pan.
  • Cook 9-11 minutes until golden. Cool on the sheet pan for 2 minutes, then remove to a rack to finish cooling completely.
