Ooh! So much chocolate in these Three Chip Chocolate Chip Cookies! What’s your favorite homemade cookie? I try to always have homemade cookies on hand! The other Spoon loves them! Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, a few of his favorites!
In this recipe I added semi-sweet chips, milk chocolate chips and caramel chips. They are so good!
They are full of chocolate, caramel, soft in the middle…. melt in your mouth! Yum!
Three Chip Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking soda
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Butter, softened
- 1 Cup Granulated sugar
- 1 Cup Brown sugar packed
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- 6 Oz Semi-sweet Chocolate chips
- 6 Oz Milk chocolate chips
- 6 Oz Caramel chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat butter, the brown sugar, the granulated sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Beat in the flour mixture and stir in the morsels.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet or lined with parchment. I usually put 3 cookies per row, 2 inches apart on a half sheet pan.
- Cook 9-11 minutes until golden. Cool on the sheet pan for 2 minutes, then remove to a rack to finish cooling completely.
