roma tomatoes or 1 large tomato, diced

Canned diced green chile like hatch or other brand
(optional)

fresh corn or frozen corn
juice of one lime
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all the chopped vegetables. Add the lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
