This recipe does call for smoked sausage that I will add at a different time, but I didn’t want to add the sausage in the side dish I was using for my Roasted Pork. Creamy from the mushroom soup, loaded with peppers and onions, and of course those cajun spices. You want to add the cajun spices to taste because they do have cayenne.
